Shipping - US Domestic Orders

All US domestic orders come with complimentary shipping, tracked and insured. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Taxes will be applied at check-out according to the shipping address (state/district) of your order.

• Ready-to-ship items will typically be shipped 1-3 days after purchase.
• Made-to-order items will be shipped 3-5 weeks after purchase. These items are crafted after receipt of your order and requires time for production. 

International Orders

The shipping costs for supported international destinations are reflected at checkout. Any taxes, duties, or customs fees are established by the destination country according to the value and contents of your order. These duties and taxes are collected at checkout as part of your order and paid to the destination country. Duties and taxes cannot be refunded. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• For international orders, ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 7 days of purchase.
• Made-to-order items will be shipped 3-5 weeks after purchase.

You will be notified by email when your order has shipped, including tracking details (as/if available).

For some shipping locations, the taxes and duties are included in the product price, not reflected as separate line items during checkout. For these orders it will be made clear by the statement at checkout "Total includes taxes and duties. No extra charges on delivery".

If shipping does not show as available to your location at checkout, it may not be available at this time. Please reach out using our contact page to inquire for orders on a case by case basis. You may also message directly on Instagram (@miggihandmade) to discuss. These orders may include duties, taxes and custom fees that will be incurred on your shipment at your destination country that you will be responsible for, as they were not pre-paid during checkout. These fees vary by country and Miggi Handmade does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to expected costs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes cannot be refunded.

Return Policy

Ready-to-Ship items can be returned for a refund within 7 business days of receipt (US domestic orders only). Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition. The following are not eligible for a return:

• Rings that were resized as part of your order
• Products listed as "final sale" in their product description
• Made-to-order items
• Custom items
• Engraved or personalized items
• All international orders

Please see an item's product description prior to purchase, and review product photos as part of product descriptions. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any returns. Please contact us prior to shipping. If an item shipped to you is defective, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt. We will make necessary repairs or replacement to the item and return it to you. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, we'll do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. Made-to-order items are personally made for you and require lead time, and are therefore not eligible for return. 

Resizing

Complimentary resizing up or down 1-2 sizes is available on most Ready-to-Ship rings, but is dependent on the design of the ring. Please see an item's product description for eligibility of resizing. 

• Resizing can be requested using the "Special Instructions" note in your cart prior to checkout. 
• Please allow an additional 5 days for order fulfillment.
• Rings that have been resized are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Note that ring resizing may slightly alter the dimensions of the listed product (e.g. the width of the shank).

If you order a ring and it is not the appropriate size, please review the return policy for eligibility of return for your order. You may alternatively consider using a local jeweler to resize a purchased ring. 

If you are interested in an existing design but your size is unavailable, please contact to inquire about availability of a similar piece.
